Mythe Barn Wedding Photography

So I love Indian wedding photography. As a Leicestershire wedding photographer, obviously it’s something that I encounter all the time. The weddings are brash, colourful and vibrant! And the venue was Mythe Barn wedding photography, so I was in my home from home!

And sometimes my documentary relaxed and candid approach isn’t correct for certain clients but for Mandeep and Sarps it was it was perfect.

The couple have decided to get married at Mythe Barn in Leicester, a fantastic venue that I’ve shot at numerous times. It offers everything you’d want from a wedding venue lots of relaxed countryside, but with a real boutique feel, particularly in the rooms and the bridal suites.

The couple had found me online and after a pre wedding zoom, they didn’t hesitate to book me for their big day. In the run up to the wedding, we did a pre wedding shoot, which is something that I recommend all couples invest in, and we just had a real good laugh. The couple other great energy and I got to know them a lot lot better. So on the wedding day, we already had a strong connection.

The wedding day came around and it was a hot one. It was warm, it was bright, and it was just lovely. Mandy was really interested in getting a fantastic confetti image and that’s something that I’m really into.

So using my friends at your confetti as usual, we were able to get brightly coloured confetti into every guests hand and all it took was a little bit of direction from me and we created a masterpiece.

After that, it was straight into the drinks reception where I was able to do my thing – relaxed, candid documentary and reportage photography. I was able to sneak the couple off for a couple of quick portraits of just the two of them in my usual style, before returning them for the food service and for the speeches.

This really was a triumph of the day as far as I’m concerned. It had everything that you’d want. It had two families coming together, a lovely couple that just couldn’t keep their eyes off each other, an amazing venue in Mythe Barn wedding photography. But mostly, it just had lots and lots of opportunities for amazing photography.
