Curradine Barns Wedding Photography – Danielle & Dom
Now this was a great way to start my 2022 wedding season off. A great couple, a great wedding venue, and super weather. Very, very blessed for some Curradine Barns wedding photography, and we finished with some awesome night time wedding photography, and some outstanding Confetti wedding photography.
Danielle and Dominic had met me at the Birmingham national wedding show and booked me on the spot. They’ve fallen in love with my photography style as they wanted something very relaxed, informal and fun. And that’s definitely the couple summed up in three words.
They were perfect for my style of photography. So when the day came for their beautiful wedding at Curradine Barns nothing disappointed. The couples beautiful daughter was in fine form near very nearly stealing the show. Curradine Barns is a fantastic wedding venue to work out as there’s great locations for both the groom for both for each individual of the couple to get ready and there’s a bridal suite and a separate cottage as well.
And having worked at Curradine Barns numerous times in the past, I know it’s a great location, everything’s on one site, and you’re not going to run very far to find something worth photographing.
So we get to the ceremony, and I’m just in heaven. The couple gave me everything that I’m looking for – beautiful expressions, laughter, tears, jokes, and this was all during the 20 Minute ceremony.
The rest of the wedding held true to this format.
There was drinks, there was hugs, there was laughs, and everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
We also managed to create one of my favourite images of the year so far with the confetti from the wonderful people at Your Confetti. I would generally always, always recommend that you invest well in bright, beautiful confetti. Confetti wedding photography is very important on your big day so invest well.
After the speeches, which was really nice and fun, it started to drizzle a little bit and I suggested to the couple that we go out into the rain for some photography. They completely agreed and we managed to capture some beautiful photography where they were dancing in the rain ( and I do love some Night time wedding photography).
This body of work is something that I’m extremely proud of. And it’s where I see my work moving forward to in the next couple of years concentrating on natural authentic moments. But adding in my own dramatic flair and artistic direction.
The venue Curradine Barns didn’t let us down and seemed to absolutely bring the best out of Danielle and Dominic on their wedding day.
Congratulations guys. You made it easy for me. Here’s what the lovely couple had to say about me on Google:
“Honestly if you’re going to do one thing for your wedding make sure you book Chris!
From start to finish the experience has been amazing. We were always kept up to date with everything going on and the admin side of things was flawless.
Chris was absolutely hilarious and kept my partner and I so calm and relaxed during our wedding day. It really felt like he was a close friend with a bloody super power for taking photos.
Even on the day he was editing and sharing photos with us. We even got sent a few teasers the morning after(which after a wedding night of drinking) really helped lift our spirits.
Don’t bother shopping around, I’ll save you a bit of time and make sure you secure him for your day”
