The Mill Barns is the type of wedding venue you dream about and as a Birmingham Wedding Photographer I’m lucky enough to not only be a recommended supplier there, but I’ve also shot over 30 weddings at this The Mill Barns.

The Mill Barns is nestled away in the Bridgenorth countryside, and does make a great first impression. The long barn where you get married offers a fantastic quality of light, and the separate dining/party barn means that the day runs smoothly. As a creative documentary wedding photography The Mill Barns gives me alot of scope to play in, as the gardens look fantastic in summer, and the bridge that people use to enter the venue looks amazing all year round, especially in winter when the whole venue lights up.

The bridal suite is amazing for bridal prep, as there’s a large space readily available to pamper yourself before the ceremony, and I always advise that the bride actually get ready in the couples room as its a way from the chaos and has beautiful natural light.

There is something incredibly special about documenting love stories at The Mill Barns. There’s a magic in the air, and I particularly love the flexibility of being able to do confetti inside the ceremony room or outside depending on the weather conditions.

There’s scope at the Mill Barns to a first look ( where a bride or groom see`s a member of their family just before the ceremony ) the exchange of vows, the confetti shot, and the heartfelt speeches – these moments can be carefully timelined into your day to get the very best wedding photography possible.

“We chose Chris to be our wedding photographer after we saw his work at a friends wedding.
