Winstanley house is a wedding venue based in Leicester.
As a Leicester wedding photographer, who also operates within the Midlands as a Midlands wedding photographer it’s always nice when I’m able to shoot weddings in my home city. Winstanley house offers you as a couple lots of opportunities to have your wedding day the way you want it.
I`ve photographed Indian celebrations with excess of 300 people at Winstanley house I’ve photographed weddings on New Year’s Eve at Winstanley house I’ve photographed summer weddings where the ceremony was held outside at house. Essentially the house can host any kind of ceremony event or religious wedding that you will need.
One of the things I do enjoy about Winstanley is the access you have to the private gardens at the rear of the property which is always nice for taking a couple away just to give them some time together but also to create some really beautiful candid documentary wedding photography.
The ballroom is elegant and is fantastic for larger weddings to have the wedding reception and party there where there is a second Conservatory style room with a bar which is perfect for weddings of up to about 150 people.

The fact that you have a dedicated bridal room and lots of ample sweets that you’re able to book on the morning of your wedding makes your life so much easier and the large space in front of the house is perfect for that must have group photo.

At the back of the property is some really nice garden space including a cute little swing which every wedding i`ve photographed at Winstanley has been used for evil drunk guests kids or a tipsy couple just having fun.
