I thoroughly believe encouraging couples to be themselves and not playing by the rules. Too often weddings and particular wedding photography becomes an exercise of colouring within the lines staying in your lane and just coming out with the same old cliched nonsense that’s been around for generations or even worse creating bodies of work that looks identical to other weddings. Every wedding is completely different and I approach every wedding as a unique animal.

I’m generally booked by couples who may not be alternative themselves IE having tattoos or bright coloured hair, but by people who think differently I get booked by couples who want something different because deep down fundamentally they identify as being different themselves, this why people book DIY venues like the Cowshed at Woodall farm Codsall so they can create their wedding visions without restrictions.
