Why wedding photography is important

What is wedding photography important you may ask and I understand that photography isn’t for everybody. Some people hate having their photo taken and I do understand that but you have to think about future generations. Don’t you get a buzz when you look back through your parents or grandparents old photography seeing family members that have subsequently maybe passed on or even looking back and photography from 10-15 years ago of beloved and treasured family pets that may not be with you anymore.

Weddings are one of the biggest cultural events that we celebrate around the world, every culture and religion celebrates weddings and so I think wedding photography is important as with their to document each day. Wedding celebrations can be very varied and different around the world but one thing remains the same it’s the union of two people, my style of wedding photography is very unique and documentary, but i know a lot of my clients really treasure and value some of the more straightforward and basic ordinary portraits that I capture on their wedding day featuring their grandparents uncles and aunties or even just friends.
